The hotel had modern and clean rooms with all the expected amenities of the BW brand, though a bit noisy at times. The service was excellent, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location, while convenient near Highway 1, lacked charm and had some safety concerns. The dining options were good but limited. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with friendly service.

I was thrilled that my room was on the main floor just like I had asked since my husband can not do stairs. Although it was a little noisy, the room was very clean and quiet. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful, kind, and amazing to our group. The location worked out perfectly for our visit to the LEC, but the area seemed a bit unsafe due to homeless people nearby. The dining experience was satisfying, with a wide choice of fare available. Overall, a convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.
